In our shared spaces we aim to represent Sudanese culture honourably. Everyone is asked to follow these regulations.
I. Discipline & conduct
- Uphold public morals and respect all visitors and staff.
- Behaviour that disturbs others or the venue order is not permitted.
- Follow instructions from management and event organisers.
- Amplified sound outdoors or indoors without approval is prohibited.
- Park only in designated areas. The center gates close at 11:00 PM.
II. Use of facilities
- Protect the property of the center and its equipment.
- Use halls and tools only for their intended purpose.
- Food and drinks in halls require prior written permission from management.
IV. Activities & events
- Keep the activity aligned with its approved cultural purpose.
- No activity may run without prior written approval from the center.
- The center’s platforms may not be used for political, racial, or divisive purposes.
- Respect intellectual property in all presented materials.
V. Safety & security
- Follow safety and emergency instructions at all times.
- Do not bring dangerous or prohibited items; report emergencies immediately.
VI. Photography & media
- Photography or recording is not allowed without management permission.
- When publishing, follow the center’s communication policy.
VII. Penalties
The management may issue warnings, temporary suspension, or a permanent ban for serious or repeated violations.
