Regulations & policies

In our shared spaces we aim to represent Sudanese culture honourably. Everyone is asked to follow these regulations.

I. Discipline & conduct

  • Uphold public morals and respect all visitors and staff.
  • Behaviour that disturbs others or the venue order is not permitted.
  • Follow instructions from management and event organisers.
  • Amplified sound outdoors or indoors without approval is prohibited.
  • Park only in designated areas. The center gates close at 11:00 PM.

II. Use of facilities

  • Protect the property of the center and its equipment.
  • Use halls and tools only for their intended purpose.
  • Food and drinks in halls require prior written permission from management.

IV. Activities & events

  • Keep the activity aligned with its approved cultural purpose.
  • No activity may run without prior written approval from the center.
  • The center’s platforms may not be used for political, racial, or divisive purposes.
  • Respect intellectual property in all presented materials.

V. Safety & security

  • Follow safety and emergency instructions at all times.
  • Do not bring dangerous or prohibited items; report emergencies immediately.

VI. Photography & media

  • Photography or recording is not allowed without management permission.
  • When publishing, follow the center’s communication policy.

VII. Penalties

The management may issue warnings, temporary suspension, or a permanent ban for serious or repeated violations.
